A brown seeded boule loaf baked that the weekend, on a cold Sunday afternoon. It’s a little flatter than I would have liked, but that’s to do with how I shaped it, as it’s risen ok. The seeds are an equal measuring of sunflower, pumpkin & sesame. It was quite a moist dough and I gave it 2 risings. I’m sure it will be perfectly adequate slathered with crunchy peanut butter!
